The scenery is breathtaking, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. Unfortunately, I twisted my ankle on the way down. Not only did the porters from our own group help me, but porters from other groups also came to assist and even carried me. The guides and the cook were incredibly responsible, caring, and supportive throughout the entire trip. Every single person was kind, patient, and professional. It’s important to know that their base salaries are not high, and the work they do is extremely demanding. Please be generous with tips — they truly deserve it. What they offer is not just physical support, but genuine kindness and humanity. This was one of the most touching experiences of my travels.
